1995 Roadtrek 190 versatile

Hybrid kit installed-400W Solar and 400W wind turbine. (No you can't have the turbine up while driving-I've been asked this too many times 🤦🏽‍♂️) foam insulation was injected into the sleeping quarters area so it's still cozy in the cold. Water system, stove and furnace all work.Has insulated curtains with dinos that glow in the dark. I have original tables with their stands and seating area cushions or you're welcome to have the comfy full size mattress I got for this. When I bought it the stock fridge was no good so I took it out and put a chest type refrigerator instead. It didn't have it's generator when I bought it .(I was told it was sold separately) Also we took the little AC unit that was in the back out and sealed it for extra storage space. She's been lived in full time by myself and my service dog for over 3 years now! We love this van but I don't have the means to continue working on her anymore as I have been out of work for several months due to back injuries I'm currently rehabilitating.

While under my care she's had regular oil changes and has never had an issue passing inspection.

The bad:
The fuel tank gauge reads full only when you fill it to full but once you get close to 50 miles it doesn't work properly. (I keep track of mileage by using the trip odometer)
The passenger window goes down by the driver's switch not the switch on the passengers side.
Last year the radio doesn't work anymore and I don't know why. The light and time still comes on though.
I believe she is due for a new radiator as the A/C works but not as strongly as it should.
She also definitely needs new rubber seals (definitely the one for the back door and I would recommend for the driver and passenger front windows as they're cracked/chipped)

The "Ugly":
She's got some age spots(rust) on her that I was hoping to either sand down and paint over myself or take to a pro and do an entire paint "face lift" on her.

That's it! She's been a wonderful home and I'd love to see her go to someone who is going to continue to get her to her full potential and has the means to do so! She's been fully cleaned inside and out and is ready to go! I do have all her papers that's she had from previous owners too.
