I purchased the van 05/2022 from a Hertz rental dealership with 50,000 miles on it. I began the build in 6/2022 and have to sadly say goodbye due to shoulder surgery and accumulating medical debt. I had winter camping in mind while putting this together which is why you will find multiple layers of insulation. This project is ready for a build! Wood has been mounted with rivets, floor and all walls are insulated, the most recent inspection was 6/2023 and everything is running smoothly. Brakes, pads, and tires were all replaced 6/2022 and the van has not been driven much due to my surgery. I took the time to disassemble the van and pour a layer of Flex Seal to prevent any leaks or unwanted guests (bugs/mice). There is a layer of Flex Seal along the seams on the roof as well and it survived a trip to rainy Seattle, no leaks! I have not returned to work yet and am willing to deliver the van to a buyer anywhere in the country. MAKE ME AN OFFER!

Layer 1-Noico 80 mil (2mm) car sound deadening mat and audio noise insulation and dampening
Layer 2- SOOMJ heat shield, sound deadening aluminum sheet (1100aa)
Layer 3- US Energy AD5mm Reflective foam core insulation, radiant barrier, thermal insulation
Layer 4- 3m Thinsulate Acoustic/Thermal insulation (AU4002-5)
Layer 5- Vapor Barrier and waterproof membrane (100% waterproof)
