Welcome to our extraordinary campervan listing! This van sports a sailboat theme throughout the interior. No expense was spared and no shortcut was taken when creating this piece of art, this thing not only looks like a boat but is built like one too.
MECHANICS (paper and digital copies of everything)
- Replaced the entire engine and all components of it, has less than 3k on it and still breaking it in.
-Radiator system replaced
- shocks and suspension less than 5k
A lot more was done but limited to this description length. all maintenance was done by the Ram dealer, following the most rigorous maintenance schedule for this van.
EXTERIOR
- wifi/cell signal booster
-Allumeness custom roof rack and ladder
-400 watts Renogy Eclypse solar panels
- 2x Max air fans
-toyo all-terrain tires and black rims
-rear suspension upgrade
- class IV toe hitch and trailer lighting kit
HEAT/POWER
-Webasto gas heater (uses vans fuel tank max consumption is just below 1/4 tank)
- Copper trim throughout and copper shower area works as a radiator when using the heater
- Three fans throughout for maximum ventilation in summer.
-Full Victron solar power system which everything is run off of. I have wire diagrams for everything. installation was assisted by AM Solar out of Oregon.
-400 ah Victron lithium smart batteries
-400 watts solar panels
- 120v plugs troughout, 12v plugs throughout
-Victron inverter/charger/shore power 2k watt 6k watt surge pure sine wave of course.
-30 amp shore power hook-up
- house batteries charge anytime the vehicle is running(alternator charging)
- solar trickle charges engine battery
- a momentary switch that connects the house and car battery for 30 seconds for a self-jumpstart
-Anchor marine wire is used as well as all waterproof connections.
-fire retardant wire loom on all wires
-also extra wire has been run to all parts of van in case of any extra features you might add.
- all Bluetooth enabled and self-monitored via V4 motherboard.
WATER
-Acuva off-grid UV water filtration system
-25 gal fresh water
-grey water tank with the option to drain to ground.
-outdoor shower/ gear wash on the rear door.
-heavy-duty brass shower/ sink sprayer.
-indoor tile shower w/ real copper
All water and electrical run through different sides of the van so less chance of worst-case scenarios.
GALLEY/KITCHEN
-65 qt Engle fridge with freezer
-Ruvatie big deep sink w drying rack
-Microwave
- cooktop and instant pot
-lagun table for a massive prep area, the table also rotates to become a work desk.
-lots of pantry space
GENERAL INTERIOR
- toilet
- Reading nook and bookshelf
- gear and activity prep area with workbench

-charging area next to bed with hidden compartments
-massive amount of gear storage with all being accessible from inside for winter gear prep
-mobile ice bath
- drying/mud room with many configurations possible
GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
-all wood including what you cannot see is stained and treated with waterproof sealant.
- walls are made using fairing strips like a boat hull to maximize internal space.
- No self-tapping screws or screws into van body were used (with two exceptions which I will show you)
- everything was meticulously installed using heavy-duty cross nuts and stainless steel machine screws.
- cabinet and general build wood is marine grade baltic birch, and walls are aromatic red cedar or regular cedar in the reading nook area.
- ceiling in untreated aromatic red cedar which was painstakingly glued predrilled and panel nailed in position giving it that clean no screw look.
- 4 season-ready hydrophobic non-toxic insulation used. 25 psi Foam board on flat surfaces, havaloc wool, and 3m thinsulate in doors and cavities, then a total layer of 3m thinsulate and aluminum reflective solid foam on top of that.(not reflectix that stuff sucks)
