Seller's Description

Sleeps and Seats 2
This van was built out for off grid adventuring. Bought this van new in 2017 and had the first part of the build done by Tourig in Golden, CO.
Tourig Build:
-160 watt solar and battery with Victron monitoring system
-Espar diesel tap heater with integrated high altitude sensor
-Horse Trailer Windows
-Roof fan
Interior Build Out:
-Fully insulated with Thinsulate. It has as many winter adventure miles on it, as it does summer.
-Split cabin lighting bed area and main cabin controlled via two dimmer switches.
-Built in Fridge
-Portable propane camp stove for cooking inside or outside the vehicle and 5 gallon propane tank
-Two overhead food and utensil storage cabinets
-One utility drawer bank
-Two interior clothes drawer banks under the bench
-Long term storage and laundry hatch under the bench
-LVP flooring
-Queen memory foam bed
-Tapered shelving on both sides of the van for maximum head room and storage of personal items and toiletries
-Waterproofed and separate garage for all of your toys and travel items
-Built in shelving on both sides
-Garage holds two bikes and two paddle boards, multiple pairs of skis, still with a good amount of room left for additional gear. (If I kept it, this year I was going to swap out the fixed bike mount and put in a pull out tray for more versatile and convenient storage and access.)
The van comes with everything to allow you to hit the road right away: Goal Zero Yeti 400 inverter (which charges off the solar) integrated bike stand, tire cables (despite being two wheel drive have never had to use them once even in winter), leveler blocks, full kitchen setup, patio and screen door insert and window covers.
Clear Colorado title.
Transparency on flaws/blemishes:
Wrap (2021) has a few stone chips thru it on the hood. The A pillars are clear bra’d. Mercedes doesn’t clear coat its white/light vans. I wish I would have known that when it was brand new, as I would have had it clear or ceramic coated then. But I didn’t learn that until complaining about some stone chips when it was at the dealership for service. There are paint touch ups that have been done for stone chips, a rear door scratch (and one rivet pop paint touch up that happened at window install from the heat of the saw.) If I kept this, my plan was to have it repainted (to a different color than white) in a couple years and ceramic coat it. Other than some bumper scuffing on the rear and a couple of small dings from knuckleheads in parking lots, the van looks like it did when it was new. She’s my baby and I’ve taken very good care of her 🙂 The only reason I’m selling my van is to buy a house, otherwise I would have kept it forever!
Based on comps, I feel like this is priced on the low end with regard to year/miles/build out. But open to any reasonable offers. It’s due to have the B service in July, if someone wants to buy it before then, I will discount this by at least twice the cost of a B service.
