It’s a Custom built Class B 2014 Ford E450 with the triton V10 engine with only 35,688 miles. Located near Birmingham, AL. 28 foot bumper to bumper and so easy to drive and park! I hate to let it go. It’s a great vehicle and very well maintained! All records can be provided. Originally custom built for a funeral home, with a build out cost of $110,000. I purchased it with only 8 K miles and had it professionally converted in Oct of 2020 to a Class B. One of the main reasons I purchased this Vehicle is for its Tropicool ceiling A/C which runs off the Engine and cools (really Cools) the entire inside of the bus. No generator required when going down the road! (but it does have one read Further) It’s full body factory painted beautiful metallic silver which I always get compliments on. I had JBJ conversions Near Atlanta, Ga do all the RV work in Oct of 2020.
This is a high quality built rv, done by 20 plus years experienced craftsmen. All solid wood cabinets and strong latches, and there are no issues with their work. (driven 30 K miles to shows) I have many additional photos and video’s I can share. This unit has 6’4” headroom!
This RV runs off of 12V and Generator and 30 AMP electric. Built out just like a RV! Transfer switch when going from electric to generator. There are many electrical outlets inside the bus .It has a back door, and remote operated bi-fold doors in the body. The back door opens out to the rear platform, which has a foldup/fold down step, as shown in photos. It has two front seats, (many shuttles only have the driver seat) So New in 2020 with the exceptions as noted: Maxair Fan, Highpointe Microwave, HDTV Antenna, Suburban 10 gal Hot water heater, backup camera, Water pump (new in 9/2021) Coleman 15K BTU Air conditioner (new 6/2021) New Engine battery, 12/2022 New Front tires 2020 with only 25K on them, (Hankook) rated 50K. Rear tires 2/2020 have 5 K on them. This engine runs great! I would take it anywhere and would sell it to my mom and best friend! A cold running 4 cubic Danby refrigerator which will run off of 12V going down the road (has Inverter) Onan Generator with only 32 hours. And I run it monthly. Samsung 28” TV, Sony radio/DVD player and brand new 2023 surround sound speakers for your listening pleasure. The Cab has an apple play radio and new speakers, which includes Bluetooth, navigation, sirius XM radio (with your subscription) for your listening pleasure. Power windows, power mirrors, thick top of the line vinyl seats, no Rips, tears, peelings. Non smoking. I had a Fiamma 12 foot awning just installed, it has a 8 foot extension. The legs can be mounted against the bus as shown, or dropped down to the ground. Metal sinks/faucets made for homes, (not cheap plastic) I have all the manuals tabbed in a 3 ring binder for your learning experience. Three outside VERY bright LED lights to see your outside setup area. Has outside water hose connection to hose off. It has a 24” rear bumper platform to put , storage container for cords, hoses, and mats ect. It has a 10” memory foam Sofa/bed combination. (twin size) with full size drawers under the bed. vinyl floors, Pleated window shades, lots of cabinets!
