Generator rarely used but now the generator needs a new carburetor because it wasn’t ‘exercised’ regularly (only 2.6 hours on the generator).

More notes:
The generator has not been “exercised” regularly and does not start. Mechanic said it needs a new carburetor.
There has never been any toilet paper or poop in holding tank - ever!
There is a new anode rod for the hot water heater under the bench on the passenger side. That is where you access the piping to put the hot water heater in ‘bypass’ mode. It is currently in bypass mode, so you must fill it before turning on and of course put the rod in place!
The towing hookup connectors are in the pocket in the back door.
There are extra fuses in the kitchen drawer.
There is an extra light bulb in the glove box.
