2007 Road Trek Versatile with 53328 miles!
Reason for selling: no time to enjoy it. Very low miles. In good shape. The unit was serviced regularly, with proof of maintenance. Non-smoker. Tires with less than 3000 miles. Generator with less than 300 hours. All in working condition (except see below). All tanks emptied and clean. Fresh water tank emptied and filled to half. Besides all maintenance, recent change of sparkplugs, spark plug wire kit (premium), bleed brake system. Etc. Never used new cover to protect RV.
I am pricing the unit as follows for the following reasons and I have deducted off the list price for the following items.
Rear AC not cooling enough. Works but not cooling.
One rear window was repaired and might need additional touch up work.
No spare tire but have the original cover and rear hook up for it.
Wear on leather seats (have covers)
