    Seller's Description

    $23,500 OBO
This van is a 2005 Dodge t1n sprinter van. Though the van is branded dodge, all t1n sprinters from 2002-2006 are built by Mercedes thus the motor is Mercedes. It has 270k miles on it, The van is diesel and runs good. There is a small whistle heard when driving the van, I was told it is a small exhaust leak and was told not to worry about it. The body has some rust, most rust is on the 2 back doors (see photos for more info on body).

I traveled all 48 lower states in this van. I called California and Florida home with this van and seen the beauty in the USA. This van seen the Grand Canyon, the desert, Rocky Mountains, Smokey mountains, the sand dunes, and many beach fronts. This van has been called my home for the last 5 years and I am ready to part ways with it to settle down a bit.

    Maintenance:
    * The van just had an oil change and all filters including fuel, air, oil, and cabin filter replaced.
    * The van just had all 6 tires replaced
    * A new radiator was just installed
    * The glow plugs and fuel injectors where replaced 2 years ago
    * Since I owned the van it has gotten an oil change every 10,000 miles

The front cab of the van:
    * I did not do much to the front so it still kinda looks like a work van in the front
    * The driver side seat is torn a little, the steering wheel is marked up (I just covered it with a steering wheel cover), and the AC/heating vents are broke but still push air out.
    * The climate control is a little broken, it still controls the heat and AC well but you have to play with it to control the temperature sometimes.
    * The stereo was replaced with a new stereo and I added 2 speakers so now the stereo system has 4 speakers.
    * If I was keeping the van I would replace the driver seat or fix the tear. I would get new vents and fix the climate control. To make it more “homey” I would add some carpet to the front.

    House part of the van:

    House power:
    * 400 watts of solar on top of roof
    * 600ah lithium batteries for the power storage
    * 3000 watt inverter
    * On top of the 400 watts of solar, the house batteries are hooked up to the alternator so when the van is being driven the house batteries are being charged by solar and alternator.
    * This van has plenty of house power to power all the things you need plus much extra.

    Kitchen:
    * Nice size sink and electric sprayer powered by a 12v pump
    * The sink has a 5 gallon fresh water tank and a 5 gallon gray water tank under the counter top
    * 12v freezer and fridge that keeps all your food nice and fresh

    Bathroom:
    * There is a dedicated bathroom area, though I never did add anything permanent in this area
    * When building the bathroom area I did make it big enough to add a shower and a decomposing toilet but never got around to add those additions.

    Bed area:
    * The bed is 74 inches by 65 inches
    * The bed also doubles as a kitchen table area
    * Raise the bed up and you will find 2 76 inch benches and a nice size table to sit at.
    * The bench’s also have doors on top, so you can store things in.

    Interior of the house:
    * The van walls, ceiling, and floor are insulated
    * The walls and ceiling are made of cedar wood with added wood stain to bring out the color
    * The floor is hard wood flooring
    * The kitchen counter top and bed/table are made with the same cedar wood used for the walls and ceiling but with added sealant to make them water proof

    House climate:
    * The van house area is cooled with a ceiling fan
    * The heating is done by a small wood stove
    * I barely used the wood stove as I always hung around warm climates but it does heat up the van fast.
    * I added the 600ah lithium batteries to add a AC but never got around to adding one but the 600ah lithium batteries are enough to power a AC split unit if you want to add one

    *I do not offer financing*
