Looking for a cute Instagrammable camper van that won't break the bank? This great little converted van has been beautifully built out with custom cabinetry, artistic woodwork, all in a southwest boho style. All the interior features and appliances run fully off the solar panels, and everything runs great, inside and out. It gets great gas mileage for a van (averages 17-19mpg!)
Interior:
Full wood paneling creates a cozy atmosphere as well as insulates. The countertop features a sink and 2-burner propane stove with cabinets above (sliding artistic doors) and below (4 drawers and 3 cupboards, which also houses the water storage and marine battery). The refrigerator runs off the solar battery and can be used as a fridge or freezer. The bed, big enough for 2, folds up in front and in back to access storage space below and can also be converted to a couch. Black-out at the front and back of the van offer plenty of privacy. Vent and fan located in the middle of the ceiling for temperature control. The heat and AC also work great!
- Pine wood paneling over Reflectix insulation
- Wood flooring
- 6 gallon water storage and gray water tank
- Stainless steel sink w/ hand pump
- 2-burner propane stove
- Bed with mattress 54”W x 70”L
- Under bed storage w/ slide-out bins
- Music deck w/ CD player and Bluetooth

Exterior:
2 Solar panels fully power a separate marine battery, which runs all the interior electric, including the fan, fridge, charging station, and interior lights. I have run everything all at once for extended periods of time and have never run down the battery, even on cloudy days. The van also has a tow hitch, great for a bike rack, and a tow capacity of up to about 6,500 lbs. It also comes with an exterior luggage rack that connects to the tow hitch, and additional extra roof racks.
- 2 Windynation polycrystallline photovoltaic solar panels, 1015mm x 670mm x 30mm, 100 watts, 21.6 circuit voltage, max power current 5.75 amps, 1000 VDC each
Engine:
This van has a 5.7L V8 engine and has no problem eating up the mountains! Runs on gas, automatic transmission, has had new battery, alternator, and brakes within the last year.
This has been a great van and a fun project but she's ready for her next adventure!
