Vintage Class B RV, Phoenix model converted in Colorado at the factory, sold in California. Professional factory conversion. The Phoenix is very comparable to a Pleasureway. California van which means minimal rust. Recently drove from California to Illinois. Was able to stay at all RV parks including resorts.
Great looking and running van, all cabin features are in working condition, I.e. Maxxair fan, running water, stove, heater, toilet, and propane tank.
Comes with 2 service manuals.
Replacements and repairs that have been done:
Vehicle: Fan clutch, thermostat, complete front brakes, full tune-up, shocks and struts, Michelin Agilis CrossClimate tires, idler and tension pulleys, serpentine belt, wheel bearings, heavy duty battery, and more.
Cabin: Norcold 3-way refrigerator, cabin water pump, AGM cabin battery, Maxxair fan, Dometic 310 toilet.
Tire rack has some rust. Windshield came with small crack.
