I've owned some very interesting vans over the last 13 years but have never seen one like this. This is a time machine, close the doors with one finger, smooth as butter, just amazing. The miles are correct, 11,636 original miles. This van was built for the Utah Health department as a mobile office. It was clearly used very little in the last 29 years and kept under carport thus the amazing condition. If you love the old school vintage vans, want to build something to camp or live in and can appreciate the massive amount of work that has already been done then this might be your van.
There is absolutely zero rust on this van, zero (see under carriage photos) The 5.7L V8 engine, trans, brakes, everything works as it should, extremely quiet inside, smooth and tight as you would expect for the miles. Has excellent 95% tires, power locks, cold front AC, orig blue vinyl bucket seats, built in 7200 Generac generator, roof top RV AC, turtle top with roll cage, spray foam insulation underneath, custom carpet/insulation inside, shore power,lots of outlets, lots of storage, cabinets, cubbyholes, heavy duty receiver hitch, trailer brakes, it runs, shifts, drives and stops excellent in every way.
