Considering Owner Financing!

Long story short someone stole everything I own out of my storage unit in Denver while traveling including my tools and clothes so I can no longer afford to work on my bus.
I am currently in boston and my bus is in Arvada, CO. I have a friend who can host showings. But I am coming out there I'm a few weeks. This is not complete, it is a work in progress.

Currently paying $200/month to store in a facility which you can take over lease if you need to

-hanging bracket in the back which the part is inside the bus. Needs to be installed

I am hoping to get $17k out of it. I would be willing to finance it with no interest, at $19k with $6k down.I am also willing to trade for 5th wheel, a year of rent in GJ, or something as I am moving to grand junction in July and would entertain trades to live in
