I am the fourth owner and this vehicle has been stored under covered RV storage since being located in New Mexico. Previous owner in Washington state reported the camper has been stored inside and under cover during the winter months its entire life.

I have owned the van for a little over a year. In that time, all maintenance has been performed by a local RV shop and ASE certified mechanic, including:
Full mechanical inspection, including checking of all fluid levels, maintenance and preventive maintenance, revealing no issues
A/C inspection and service
Refrigerator inspection, no service needed
Stereo head unit with CD/Bluetooth/Aux cable installed professionally by local car stereo shop in past year
My wife and I have personally put some work into the van, including:
Upholstery and carpet shampoo and detail
Removal and washing of curtains
Replace weather strip on some windows
Reapir of minor cosmetic issues
Replacement of some weathered interior wood pieces, including complete refurbishment of bunk-over-cab and slide extension
Previous owner in Washington state had all maintenance and repair work performed by a local RV shop including a new/upgraded electrical power converter, new toilet and four new 10 ply all season/all-terrain tires. Full-service oil change, with lube, and filter completed at 61k miles with service techs checking all vehicle fluid levels including transmission, brakes, radiator, rear differential etc.
The bad/items requiring attention:
Onan generator tune-up (runs rough and I don't know how to service it and no professional mechanics will service Onan locally)
Cosmetic issues - paint, minor upholstery tear, wood trim fading
Extendable side step non-functioning
Probably some others I am forgetting about
Coming due for oil change, which I may or may not get to before sale
