Recently converted (winter '22) 1994 Chevy G30 van with 152,000 original miles (daily driver so this number will increase slightly).
GM 5.7L V8 small block with a 4-speed automatic RWD transmission.
This vehcile has a clean and well detailed carfax. Title in hand. Other than a few cosmetic flaws amassed over the years this van is in great shape and runs very well.
All items listed below are new:
- Kuhmo tires (plus spare)

- Master cylinder
- Remanufactured brake booster
- Idler arm & pitman arm
- Exhaust
- Sound system (head unit, front and rear speakers, dual 6 inch subwoofers)
- Arksen roof rack w/ weatherproof cargo bag
- Telescoping ladder for roof access
This build consists of primarily yellow pine (stained, poly coated and waxed) New full-size mattress w/ ample side and underbed storage. The foot pump operated faucet provides a steady flow of water without needing power and it works great. The interior dimmable lights and usb outlets are powered by a new Chins LiFePO4 12V 100Ah deep cycle battery. Bike rack is also included.
This van has been well loved and taken care of. Sad to see it go as it was a joy to build and use but it's no longer suitable for my current lifestyle. I'd like to see it in the hands of someone ready for plenty of adventures.
