1972 Chevrolet chevy van g30

1972 Chevy G-30 High Top Camper Van. It was converted sometime early in its life. I'm not to sure of the history of it. Originally from California and spent most of its life there. Has made many cross country trips and has over 200,000 miles. It was fully furnished but we gutted it because the previous owner lived in it and it was nasty. It has hookups for propane, water, and 120v power. It was running and driving when first purchased but now it needs a fuel pump. It runs when you pour gas down the carb. Engine needs rebuilt or replaced as it burned and leaked lots of oil. Had big plans for it but life got in the way. Asking $3500 obo or may trade for an old car. Would make an awesome camper once finished. Also have a 71 van as a parts vans. Can do a package deal or separate, but will not part out
